Please note below information will be required to fill in the Certificate of Purchase and for our records. However, your personal data will not be divulged to third parties, nor used for inopportune mailing.
It will include the cost of framing when displayed as such, and all other local fees. Customers, not the Artist, will be responsible for customs duty and taxes prevailing in their own country as well as shipment costs.
For each purchased work a Certificate of Authenticity will be delivered. It will include : date of sale, medium, size, whether the work was framed or unframed, its recommended selling price, and a reminder that copyright for the work remains with the Artist. This certificate will require to be signed by both : the customer and The Artist or its authorised representative.
Subject to conditions which will be notified, and will require to be agreed, in advance.
